Battle 10

Loneliness & Isolation

Who knows the truth about your life?

“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.”

Ecclesiastes 4:9 · KJV
The lie

Keeping distance keeps me safe.

The truth

Isolation may reduce immediate risk, but it also removes the help, correction, and comfort God often provides through brothers.

Reason it through

Truth must govern the response.

Brotherhood is built through repeated, specific honesty—not vague promises to stay in touch. A man must risk being known.

Battle plan

Practice before pressure.

  1. 1Contact one man instead of waiting to feel connected.
  2. 2Share one concrete struggle.
  3. 3Commit to a recurring meeting.
  4. 4Show up for another man's burden.

A prayer to begin

“Father, give me courage to be known and grace to know my brothers well.”
